Montefiore has upgraded to some new programs.

The main websites you will utilize are: UKG, Workday, and ServiceNow.

You will need to enable Multi-factor Authentication on your personal device to access these sites outside of the hospital.

There are many job aids posted on the HRWS SharePoint page.

UKG is for timekeeping and workday is for payroll, personnel information, job postings, and learning.

ServiceNow (The Employee Center) is used for placing tickets and various HR items.

Things to know:

  • Employees will no longer receive an attendance control report. Your schedule, time off balances and accruals can be viewed directly in UKG.

  • Updates to employee IDs (EZID): As part of the transition to the new systems in HRWS, they will be standardizing employee IDs. EZIDs will now be 9 characters. If your EZID has less than that, they will add zeros to the beginning of your ID.

  • There will no longer be access to Talent Management. Learning and job postings will be on Workday.

  • Workday will show payslips from go live and onwards. There is a link to historical payslips within Workday under “external links”

  • What you can do in Workday:

    • See your paychecks and tax info

    • View or update your personal info (like address or emergency contacts)

    • View your job details and org chart

    • Change your preferred name

  • UKG = Time, Time Off, and Scheduling. What you can do in UKG:

    • View your schedule

    • Request time off

    • See how many PTO or sick hours you have

    • Check daily and weekly hours worked
