We are sharing what we are slowly learning/discovering through this HR transition.
The main websites you will utilize are: UKG, Workday, and ServiceNow.
You will need to enable Multi-factor Authentication on your personal device to access these sites outside of the hospital.

Tuition Reimbursement is CURRENTLY under a strange location on ServiceNow.
A form must be submitted on ServiceNow. To locate the form, you would look under “Human Resources” —-> “Compensation, Benefits, & Payroll” —-> “Associate Health & Well-being”
Current description = Use this form to seek support and get answers on questions about employment benefits or enrollment, including Healthcare, Dental, Vision, Retirement, Beneficiaries, Pharmacy, Legal, and all other insurance questions.
The Executive Committee was informed that this tuition reimbursement location would change to be more accessible, but for now - this is where it can be found. (As of 8/8/2025)
Leave of absence requests are to be submitted through ServiceNow
A form must be submitted on ServiceNow.
To locate the form, you would look under “Human Resources” —-> “Leave of Absence”
To assist in the process for FMLA leaves we are attaching the forms to submit to your provider for verification of FMLA need. Prior to the HR transition these were the forms Central Leave required an employee to submit.
