Hallway Bed & ED Overcrowding Grievance

This Monday, almost 100 NYSNA nurses showed up to a class action grievance filed against Montefiore for refusing to eliminate hallway beds and address ED overcrowding 💪🙌. Many nurses from across Monte Bronx spoke out about the horrors of overcrowding and made it very clear that no human being should ever be put in a hallway🙌🙌! This grievance was a powerful moment of nurses coming together to fight for more beds, more space, dignity and safety for ALL patients 🔥🙌
