All impacted NYSNA members can take action to put management on notice that this is a serious issue that must be addressed immediately. If you have any issues with your pay or accruals in your 7/10 paycheck:
If you did not get a paycheck at all, email Keila Fuentes and Vivian Guevarra.
If you have any other pay discrepancies or have issues with your accruals, or things like missing tuition reimbursements, tax calculations are different, parking fees, or similar issues, please open a ticket by calling the HR solutions hotline # 914-922-myHR.
If you do not get a prompt response with the attempts above, send an email to your timekeeper and manager, and cc: Justine Huffaker and Janice Reyes detailing the error.
Fill out the form where we are tracking NYSNA member issues to hold management accountable. It is not a substitute for also notifying your manager/timekeeper.

Through this collective action, let’s show Montefiore management that these errors are unacceptable to NYSNA nurses.

Please check your Monte email for your last attendance control report. Email it to your personal account and/or print it for your records.
This is a useful document to use to compare and ensure the new system has collated your time accurately.
We will no longer receive attendance control reports.
July 26, 2025 Update:
Payroll discrepancies have been raised in multiple meetings with management and issues are still occurring.
For all pay and PTO discrepancies please forward concerns to your immediate timekeeper, your manager, and all people on this list:
